With the infrared forehead thermometer from TFA Dostmann, taking the temperature is very easy. The sensor is held at a certain distance from the patient's forehead. After less than a second you get the result. This contact-free measurement method is safe, hygienic and even possible while sleeping, making it ideal for babies, children and the whole family.
The ergonomic shape makes operation easy and comfortable. The LCD display is invisible and the temperature display only appears with large illuminated digits when measuring.
Since measurements are quick and contactless, the infrared clinical thermometer from TFA is also suitable for measuring the body temperature of a large number of people. Regular temperature measurements and spot checks can be very important for early detection in the event of the Coronavirus disease and protect against further infection.
In surface mode, the infrared thermometer can also be used to measure the temperature of surfaces without touching them. The possible uses are diverse. At home, for example, you can check the temperature of baby food, drinks or bath water.
Contactless measurement – This is made possible by the tried and tested infrared technology. The infrared radiation which is emitted by every body with a temperature above absolute zero is converted into an electrical signal, evaluated by a processor and then shown on the display.
